Management Team

Chad Hill, CEO and Co-founder

Mr. Hill has over ten years of experience in online acquisition marketing and product development. Mr. Hill has industry experience working with financial services, media, technology and local service businesses. Prior to co-founding HubShout, Mr. Hill created CyberCMO, an online consulting firm. Prior to founding CyberCMO, Mr. Hill served as a Business Development Director at America Online where he managed and marketed several premium service businesses. Mr. Hill also worked in product management at FOLIOfn Investments, Intuit and the financial services group at American Management Systems. Mr. Hill holds a BA with honors from the University of Florida and MBA with honors from Georgetown University.

Adam Stetzer, Ph.D., President and Co-founder

Dr. Adam Stetzer has over fifteen years experience with enterprise IT systems. Prior to co-founding HubShout, Dr. Stetzer co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer for Nucleus Solutions LCG for 11-years. In this capacity, Dr. Stetzer built and managed a data center to 99.9% uptime, built a large IT organization from the ground-up and developed enterprise applications for over 30 Fortune 500 customers. Nucleus Solutions LCG was purchased by Hewitt Associates in 2008. Before Nucleus Solutions LCG, Dr. Stetzer managed all organizational measurements and integrated human resource information at Verizon.

Dr. Stetzer is published and has given numerous presentations at industry conferences. He received a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue University, and a BA Magna Cum Laude in Psychology with High Honors, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
